Social responsibility
The company AP-NAFTA OPERATING LLP was established as a joint-stock company.
AP-NAFTA OPERATING LLP allocates considerable funds for the training of Kazakhstani specialists: for the development of the qualifications of the company’s employees and for the payment of tuition fees for Kazakhstani students in higher and special secondary educational institutions.
In 2012-2019, the company transferred more than 2 billion tenge for charity and sponsorship. Over the past three years, the Company has provided assistance to more than 170 public organizations and children under the age of majority with serious illnesses.
From 2015 to 2018, S. Kazybayev orphanage for orphans and children left without parental care, regional and city veterans’ organization, regional hospital, nursing home, disabled society, perinatal center of Atyrau region, etc. Received sponsorship from the company.
In 2015-2018, it became a tradition to organize special events for the children of socially disadvantaged families on the occasion of the Children’s Day and the New Year holiday. More than 1,000 children from special medical institutions participate in the annual New Year matinee. Among the persons helped by the company are cancer patients, children with cerebral palsy and those who need immediate treatment in foreign countries. The staff of AP-NAFTA OPERATING LLP has always distinguished itself by its civic activity and social responsibility.
In 2015, the houses of 4 families in Atyrau city, which are raising children with disabilities, were renovated with the funds collected by the embassies, and a new shelter was built for a lonely pensioner.
In 2016, a new shelter was built for a resident of Atyrau who had many children, 2 of whom were seriously ill.
In 2018, the Company team provided assistance to flood victims in Zyryan district of East Kazakhstan region. Voluntarily collected funds of the oil workers were transferred to the “Our charity fund, and 4 apartments and 3 houses were bought for the residents of Maleivsk, Zubovsk and Zyryan whose houses were flooded and declared unsuitable.
In June 2019, at the expense of one day’s salary of the employees of AP-NAFTA OPERATING LLPin 5 districts of Atyrau region – Kurmangazy village of Kurmangazy district, Isatai station and Akkystau village of Isatay district, Zhamansor settlement and Mukyr village of Kyzylkoga district, Kulsary city of Zhylyoi district, Makat and Dossor of Makat district. In villages, events were held to hand over keys to housing to families with many children and socially disadvantaged families.
After helping families affected by the explosion in the city of Arys to prepare their children for school, it was decided to show such charity to the children of socially disadvantaged families of Atyrau city and region. As a result, this year, 70 students from socially disadvantaged families of our region received school clothes from their own funds.
During the implementation of this charity campaign, embryo specialists visited each district of Atyrau region and got acquainted with the situation of families. The list of families in need of assistance was presented by local administrations. This list also included eight children from low-income and large families who requested help from the Company by letter, as well as, who were gifted with implants this year.
At the end of 2019, the staff of AP-NAFTA OPERATING LLP voluntarily collected funds from their wages and presented New Year’s gifts to more than 200 children of socially disadvantaged families in Atyrau region and the city.
Our employees in industrial divisions presented gifts to the children living in the districts of Atyrau region, where the company’s production activities are carried out.
