Ombudsman

To ensure the legal protection of employees and to ensure compliance with the norms of the code of business ethics of our company, we have the position of Ombudsman.

Ombudsman is anyone appointed by the Board of Directors, his role is to provide advice to the company’s employees who turn to him, to solve problematic issues of a social and labor nature, as well as to help the company’s employees to observe the principles of the code of business ethics.

Our code of business ethics clearly states the principles of non-discrimination of our employees and officials based on race, religion, nationality, gender, political or other affiliation, social origin, property and official status, language of communication and other characteristics.
